The How to Register for an Account on RegalRexnord.com guide has been rewritten, and a round of screenshot redaction clean-up has gone out across the site.

Registration guide rewrite

Registration isn't one journey — the access type you pick on the first screen changes the rest of the form, and the old guide only covered one of the two paths. The rewrite now walks both:

  • A new "Which access do I need?" comparison up front, showing what Buy Products on RegalRexnord.com and Training and eTools only each give you, so you can pick before you start rather than partway through.
  • The guide splits after the access-type step, with links straight to the path you chose. Option A — Buy Products covers the two-step form: your profile details, then the Customer Status question (whether your company already has an account) and how the answer changes what's asked next — account number and VERIFY, or your company billing address.
  • Option B — Training and eTools only is documented for the first time. It's a single page with no second step, so the guide no longer implies you're missing something.
  • Smaller corrections throughout: the real REGISTER header link rather than a sign-in detour, the greyed-out NEXT and disabled SUBMIT buttons and what enables them, the numbered progress bar as your cue that a second step is coming, Business Type and Government Organization, product categories, and the privacy consent and robot check at the end.
  • Refreshed screenshots to match, including the new Training and eTools path.

Redaction clean-up

Screenshots across several guides were re-run through the redaction process after new real values were added to the list of things it looks for. Updated images landed in:

Nothing changed about what those guides say — only what's visible in the pictures. As always, order and quote numbers, part numbers, dates and locations stay in place; customer names, addresses, account numbers and pricing don't.

If you spot something in a guide that looks out of date or shouldn't be there, let the documentation team know.
