Two new feature guides are live today: a tour of your Dashboard and a walkthrough of finding and viewing invoices. We've also updated the Create Quote guide.

New guides​

  • Getting to Know Your Dashboard (Account & Access): a top-to-bottom tour of your home page after you sign in. It covers the account you're working in, your latest orders, products you buy often, and shortcuts to the rest of your account.
  • Finding and Viewing an Invoice (Orders): how to find an invoice, read its detail page, and download a copy of the invoice PDF. It answers everyday billing questions such as what was billed, what's still owed, when it's due, and which order and PO it belongs to.

Updated guide​

  • Create a quote (Quotes): now explains that only accounts in the Regal Rexnord Sales LLC sales channel can create quotes on the website. Accounts in other sales channels can still view existing quotes and apply them to an order.
