Adding a Drop Ship Address to Your Address Book — Test instructions

Setup​

  • The logged-in user must have a role that grants access to the Address Book and permission to add drop ship addresses.
  • Address details can be anything that is allowed in the input fields, as this is just a test. The values used for this run are:
    • Company Name: Copilot Test Company
    • Address Line 1: 123 Demo Street
    • Address Line 2: Suite 400
    • Country: United States
    • City: Milwaukee
    • State: Wisconsin
    • Zip/Postal Code: 53202
    • Phone Number: (414) 555-0142

Happy Path​

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Address Book page (https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/accountmanagement/addressbook)
  2. Verify the page displays a Ship To Addresses section and a Drop Ship Addresses section
  3. Note the current contents of the Drop Ship Addresses list so the newly added address can be compared against it later
  4. Click the Add Drop Ship Address button in the Drop Ship Addresses section
  5. Verify the Add Drop Ship Address panel opens with fields for Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Country, City, State, Zip/Postal Code, Phone Number and Extension
  6. Enter Copilot Test Company in the Company Name field
  7. Enter 123 Demo Street in the Address Line 1 field
  8. Enter Suite 400 in the Address Line 2 field
  9. Select United States in the Country dropdown
  10. Enter Milwaukee in the City field
  11. Select Wisconsin in the State dropdown
  12. Enter 53202 in the Zip/Postal Code field
  13. Enter (414) 555-0142 in the Phone Number field
  14. Click the Save button
  15. Verify the panel closes and no validation errors are displayed
  16. Verify the new address Copilot Test Company, 123 Demo Street, Suite 400, Milwaukee, WI 53202 now appears in the Drop Ship Addresses list
  17. Reload the Address Book page (https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/accountmanagement/addressbook)
  18. Search the address book for Copilot Test Company and verify the address is still listed, confirming it was saved
