Journey: Complete end-to-end ordering flow — search for part NP-16, open the product detail page, add it to the cart, review the cart, proceed through checkout, place the order, and verify the resulting order in Order History.

Prerequisites
Open the site and accept cookies
Navigate to the UAT storefront home page at https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/ and dismiss the cookie consent banner. The global search box in the header is the entry point for this journey.
Sign in as the test user
Navigate to the login page and sign in with the test account agent@forliion.com using the Okta-backed sign-in form.
Select the session shipping address
After authentication the site prompts for a shipping address for the session. The Primary Address (EASTERN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, 189 COMMERCE ST, WILLISTON VT) is selected and the row highlights green, enabling NEXT.
Verify the authenticated user
The dashboard at https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/accountmanagement confirms the session: header reads Welcome Copilot Agent, account U3427563 EASTERN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION Branch 108, with the Primary shipping address applied.
Setup: start with an empty cart
The journey requires the cart to contain only the searched-for product. The existing cart contents are removed via Remove All Items From Cart so the run starts clean.
Step 1 — Search for part NP-16
Enter NP-16 into the global search box in the site header and submit the search.
Step 2 — Verify the search results
The search redirects to /search#q=NP-16 and returns Results 1-12 of 45 for NP-16. The top result is the Sealmaster Mounted Cast Iron Two Bolt Pillow Block Ball Bearing with Catalog #: NP-16 and Part #: 700180, filterable by Purchasable Products / Discontinued and by Sub Category and Brand facets.

Step 6 — Verify the add-to-cart confirmation

Step 7 & 8 — Open the cart and verify the line item
Navigating to https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/shoppingcart shows the cart containing exactly one line: NP-16 / Part # 700180, Qty 1, Unit Price $76.51 / EA, Total Price $76.51. Cart Summary reports Total Weight 2.1LB, Order Subtotal $76.51, and shipping calculated at shipment. CHECKOUT and CREATE QUOTE actions are available.
The line item detail confirms Catalog # NP-16, Part # 700180, unit weight 2.1LB, warehouse PHR, requested ship date 08/27/2026, and an estimated ship date of Aug 27.
Step 9 & 10 — Proceed to checkout and verify the page
CHECKOUT navigates to https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/checkout/delivery — step 1 Payment & Shipping Information. The billing address (EASTERN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, WALTHAM MA) is pre-populated and the Order Summary shows Order Subtotal $76.51 and Order Total $76.51.

Step 11 — Complete the required checkout fields

Returning to the shopping cart confirms the order consumed the cart: "Your cart is currently empty" with the banner "Shopping cart contains no items." and no header cart badge.
Step 15 — Locate the new order in Order History
My Dashboard → Orders (https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/accountmanagement/myorders) lists the newly placed order at the top: 00124669, order date 08/25/2026, status Confirmed, PO # DEMO-NP16-0825, total $81.87 (subtotal $76.51 plus freight/tax applied at order creation).
Step 16 — Verify the order detail
