Order Multiple Parts at Once with Quick Order — Test instructions

Setup​

  • The cart must be empty before starting. If it is not, navigate to https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/shoppingcart and remove all existing line items.
  • Part numbers used for this journey: 10442253, 700543, 10287379, 10013777, 30189120
  • Stop at the Checkout form — do not place an order.

Happy Path​

  1. Navigate to the Quick Order page (https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/quickorder)
  2. Verify the Quick Order entry grid is displayed with empty rows containing Catalog #, Part #, Qty, and Product Description columns
  3. Enter part number 10442253 in the Part # field of row 1
  4. Verify row 1 populates with a product description and pricing for part 10442253
  5. Enter part number 700543 in the Part # field of row 2
  6. Enter part number 10287379 in the Part # field of row 3
  7. Enter part number 10013777 in the Part # field of row 4
  8. Enter part number 30189120 in the Part # field of row 5
  9. Verify all five rows show a resolved product description, quantity of 1, and price — and that no error messages appear in the error messages block
  10. Set the Qty for row 1 to 2 so pricing recalculates
  11. Verify the row 1 extended price updates to reflect the quantity of 2
  12. Click the ADD TO CART button for the Quick Order grid
  13. Verify a success confirmation appears and the header cart count reflects the added items
  14. Navigate to the Cart page (https://uatwww.rrxpreview.com/shoppingcart)
  15. Verify all five parts (10442253, 700543, 10287379, 10013777, 30189120) are present as cart line items with the correct quantities — part 10442253 at qty 2, the rest at qty 1
  16. Click the CHECKOUT button on the cart page
  17. Verify the Checkout form is displayed with the shipping/billing and order details sections, and that the order summary lists the five parts
  18. Stop here — do not submit the order
