Finding Where to Buy a Part

The Where to Buy feature helps you locate purchasing options for a specific Regal Rexnord part — either through online retail partners or local distributors near you. Use it any time you have a part number and need to know where to get it.

Before you begin: No account or sign-in is required. Have your part number handy (for example, part 700180 — a Sealmaster NP-16 bearing).

Step 1 — Open the product page for your part​

Navigate to the product detail page (PDP) for the part you need. The page shows the product name, part number, and list price. In the purchase area you'll see a WHERE TO BUY button.

Step 2 — Click WHERE TO BUY​

Click the WHERE TO BUY button in the purchase area. This takes you to a dedicated page where you can choose how you'd like to buy.

Step 3 — Browse online retail partners​

The Buy Online tab opens by default. It lists partner websites that carry your part and are ready to fulfill an order. For part 700180, you'll see six options: Purvis Industries, Eastern Industrial Automation, BDI, MRO Supply, iMotion, and Applied Industrial Technologies. Click BUY NOW next to any partner to go directly to their site and complete your purchase.

Step 4 — Find a distributor near you​

Click the Find Locally tab to switch to the distributor locator. The tool pre-fills the brand (e.g., Sealmaster) and lets you enter your ZIP code to find nearby distributors. Enter your ZIP code, then browse the results list and map to find the most convenient location. For part 700180 with ZIP code 54304, for example, 23 local distributors appear with pins on the map.

That's it. You can now choose to buy from an online partner with a single click, or take your part number to a local distributor that's convenient for you.
